Worst place to get your truck worked on, brought it in for a engine light and they misdiagnosed it but said it was fixed(wasn’t cheap either)then picking it up I got in the truck and my window switch panel on the driver side fell down when I closed the door, I told them and they wanted to blame it on me but I had proof that it wasn’t like that when I dropped off with them, well they agreed to replace the panel switch but they didn’t. Worst experience ever at this shop. I have so many things to say that I don’t have the time to type them right now. If you don’t want to waste your money, don’t bring your truck there.long short story, got my 2021 volvo "fixed” and soonest I left the engine started to run a little hot & they said it was normal, drove intermittently a couple hundred more miles and the engine locked up. didn’t even make it to my house in Florida. Had to towed and now the truck has been sitting for a bit while I try to find a engine
Don’t get your truck repaired at this place, it was a terrible experience, I took my truck in for some minor issues and it came out even worse, and they act clueless when you complain. If I could give cero stars that’s what I would give.
Took my truck here and honestly regretted it afterwards
We had a great experience having our truck serviced. Dropped it off in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon so we could use it that evening. We'll be back again.
