I have rented storage from Sheaffer Storage each winter to store a boat. I must say that they are amazing handling the signup process, the communication, the facilities and the all important price. My rental this winter would include a new padlock, most places would charge me for the lock as well as the rental. Without prodding they texted me and asked if I still had my lock from previous years and deducted the amount of a new lock. We have been with Sheaffer Storage for nearly two years. In that time, it has changed hands. We were dismayed at that, because it was run by a local family that took great care in keeping up a well run place. We didn't need to worry. The new owners have been incredible in making improvements on the grounds, and keeping the individual units in good repair. They run an excellent business - or we wouldn't have THREE units there! i have lived here for 10 years and i have no complaints everyone is very helpful when i need assistant i have no complaints concerning the time i have resided at sheaffer storage it is a good place
