reliable knowledgeable on time
I would have had nothing but good things to say but they have ghosted us and I am not sure if they are in business anymore. I left a message on Oct 13th to have them come out and service our furnace. I also sent a message on google, text and email and a following voicemail on October 20th. Still no response as of November 2nd. They have been servicing our heating/air and change our water filters for at least 4 years. Troy installed my grandmother's new furnace and a/c entirely by himself. Replacing her old 35 yr old furnace was no easy job as it involved rerouting and replacing old pipes with new ones. Also he had to rebuild a new firmer foundation for her outside a/c unit. He was courteous, persevering, and efficient and we both would highly recommend him to anyone.
