Great homes for the price point, with contemporary styling, and good construction quality for the money.
This was our first home building experience and we could not have been more thrilled. They have an excellent sales staff who is willing to go the extra mile to make you happy, and their oversight on the contractors is phenomenal. We have heard some really awful stories about the other builders in Collier's Hill, and we just can't say enough nice things about Shea. I want everyone to know how wonderful they are. If it's not done right the first time, they will make it right.
