I'm so upset about the phone call I just got about how the tenants are treated there.. The maintenance person talked to my 81 years old grandma like trash, when their (Shea villas) washers broke with my grandma's towels in it.. wouldn't even help her get her towels or if their washers and them soaking wet and heavy. Horrible treatment to the elderly!!! Disgusting
