I've been purchasing products for several years. I recently purchased the Rose Hips Vitamin C Face Gel which I really love. It gives my face such a glow. Anyway the pump didn't work so I got in touch with customer service to see if I could get a replacement pump. I received a package in the mail today and they sent me another bottle of the face gel. Now that's awesome customer service!!!
