How do u do a half star? placed an order worth over 100$. I did not receive my order. I emailed them they basically told me it's not their problem.. Said I would have to contact the post office. they offered no assistance, no refund and no resend. terrible, terrible customer service. once they get paid, they r done! will not recommend and wld caution anyone who places an order with them.

I've ordered from them and they made a mistake in my order. I have an item missing that cost 18$ USD. In Canadian it's 24$. I contacted them 3 times and the problem hasn't been solved. No response. Customer service inexistant. I've been waiting for more than a month now. I'm really disappointed as I was happy to support a black owned business. I am sad to say that I won't support this one in the future. I don't appreciate to be robbed.

My first order came in a timely manner, 2 days, I believe. I love the product,, so no concern there. I ordered my 2nd order on August 31, 2020 and am still waiting on my order. I've attempted to call, and have sent 2 email messages with no reply. I would like to know the status of my order because they do have the money for the order!

It took a while to receive my order and no one ever responded to my attempts to contact, and no one ever answered their phone the 6 times I called. My tracking number only showed that the label was printed and no updates or movement was ever shown (16 days). However, I received my order today with extra goodies in it, so that was a nice surprise. The products are the best around, which is why I've been using them for years. I received my first order yesterday and I am in love❤️ I am sure that I could buy a car with all of the money I have spent on skin care over the years. My skin is dry and super sensitive. These products feel amazing on my skin! The only problem I see is that I am going to want to try all of them! BTW- I don’t write reviews unless the product is great or very disappointing.

Worst customer service ever! I ordered almost 8 weeks ago on the 7th of April and still haven't received my order. The tracking number still shows the following: "The tracking system returned the following error : A status update is not yet available on your package. It will be available when the shipper provides an update or the package is delivered to USPS. Check back soon". I have written email after email for the past month but they never respond. I am never ordering from them again!

After receiving a rancid face cream and being promised a replacement product, I never received it. Multiple reminder emails sent ignored and phone calls never answered. Waiting 4 months now. no product replacement, no refund after spending several hundred dollars I get treated like this!
