Excellent. Tom came out on 4th of July weekend , that was the first thing that impressed me. The bid seemed fair but just for due diligence I got a couple others, Shea beat them. By Tuesday I had written the check. Even tho they are in Charlotte county they have a team that comes to Sarasota. Paula is very nice to communicate with and so is Tom. On my initial contact with Shea Roofing by telephone, the young lady asked what made me decide to contact them; Google, Facebook, etc., It was none of the above. It was my usual standard, I saw their vehicles about town and was impressed with the professionalism that was displayed by them. It has proven me correct more times than not, Shea Roofing did a fine job of sourcing out of stock tiles and installing them on my roof.
