My daughter attended Carmel Mountain KinderCare for over three years, starting from around 9 months of age. I highly recommend the place. The staff were not only invested in her growth and development, but also showed genuine love and care for her. I normally do not leave negative reviews, but I feel other parents should be aware of my experience with this daycare. Over the time my daughter attended this center, I became increasingly concerned about the level of supervision and communication from staff. *** IF YOUR CHILD HAS SPECIAL NEEDS OR IS A LATE BLOOMER LOOK ELSEWHERE*** I called ahead and scheduled a tour after being told they had openings for my child's age group. Before scheduling, I specifically asked whether my child being potty trained or not would be an issue and was assured it would not. This is one of the best child care places in town. I had my son at all other childcare places over the last 2 years or so, but he likes to go to school now , at Kindercare- South Reno- due to the staff and teachers paying attention to what's important to kids. Google and Yelp has a habit of trashing places with bad reviews, just so that Scammers from other countries, can offer to help and make money in the process. Small businesses should not be held hostage by scammers. Real reviews matter!
If I could vote for zero stars, I would. The staff at this daycare is beyond unprofessional and negligent. My daughter suffered from multiple scratches, busted lips and bruises since her first day here. At one point, I was thinking maybe since there’s so many children in one room with only one teacher that it could have been overwhelming for staff to give the children their undivided attention. I have visited multiple daycares in our area searching for one that felt like my son would get the best care/have the most fun. I have never sent my child to daycare so I was very hesitant and nervous. I had my aunt come with me on every tour I went on, and we both agreed on so many things. We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Kindacare! My daughter absolutely loves her teachers—Miss Keysha, Miss Vicky, and Miss Kim. For the past year and a half, they’ve been incredibly patient, nurturing, and genuinely caring. My experience with Peabody KinderCare has been nothing short of outstanding.
