We've had countless problems with plumbing and irrigation in our development, including bursting pipes (shouldn't happen on new construction). Our PVC pipe to the house has had to be repaired twice, to the tune of thousands of dollars. There's no excuse for a home this new to need the same pipe repaired twice. Others have had similar problems. We are looking into a class action suit. Will update this post if Shea addresses the problem.
