I would never recommend buying a Shea Home. I closed on my new Shea Home in December 2020 and it has been the worst experience imaginable. Shea rushed through our house and did not deliver a move in ready home. They did not install the windows per the manufacturer's installation instructions, did not install the 48" professional cooktop per the manufacturer's installation instructions causing the cooktop to bow and sag, did not install the kitchen sink selected per the image in the design documents, did not install the showe... read more
