Long time patient always pleased with Dr Siegel, assistants & front office
Always friendly and professional.
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at Shea Dental was so bad I feel like others should know. From the start, things felt rushed and impersonal. I tried to explain my concerns, but I didn’t feel listened to, and when the actual work started it was rough, painful, and not done with care. The procedure itself was extremely uncomfortable, far more painful than it should have been. I left feeling like something wasn’t right. Sure enough, the work didn’t hold up. My wife got her wisdom teeth out, started having complications, and Dr. Raiffe was impossible to get a hold of saying “well I do stuff on my weekends too”. Maybe it’s time to pick another profession then. On top of all of this, they tell my wife AFTER the surgery that she owes almost $1000 after promising insurance would cover it, and wouldn’t let her leave unless she paid it.
