I'm retired from sales awhile ago, but one thing I have learned if you can't help someone you tell them what you have to do to get approved. Called Shea on Monday and no call back from them yet. My Wife just hot her back pay today of 27,000 and Shea will not get our business period. Your loss Shea your sales people dropped the ball on this.

I bought a truck Sept. 2024. Our salesman TJ was great, he had just started working there. I was very adamant about wanting my financing through my credit union to where I bank and the financing dept guy has every excuse why certain places wouldn't do it, even came up with some bs about debt to income and then we called him out.
