Called about a truck they had at 4pm and spoke with sales to get a number on the truck and got back to me with numbers on the wrong truck. Then said they'd correct it but never did until 8am the next day. In the time between someone else bought the truck later the night I reached out. I would have bought and held it had I gotten the correct numbers when I first reached out.
I had the pleasure of working with TJ Brown. To be honest, I was leery of going to a dealership. When I inquired about my vehicle, I was connected with TJ. There was no haggling, and no back-and-forth. He was a man of his word from the beginning. It was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had working with a dealership. If you need a car, go see TJ!
