I would not recommend using this salon. The owner, Kathryn, ghosted me like some kind of Tinder date instead of a client of 5+ years. She was there through both my pregnancies, maternity photo shoots, color changes, everything. I felt like we were pretty close as far as stylist/clients go. I had not talked to her since January at my last appointment, so I sent her a text message in August saying hey, I need to go ahead and make an appointment to get a cut and color.
