Luna is fantastic! Unfortunately the owner’s policy on cancellation has no consideration for circumstances. They have cancelled twice because Luna was sick once and a car accident the next time. This was not a problem so we rescheduled. BUT when I came down with the flu they want to charge 100% of the scheduled service! Did they really want someone in there with the flu spreading germs to employees and other clients? When I brought this up to the owner she said they would not see me anymore. Luna does a fantastic and thorough job. I love my lashes and highly recommend Shea.
The two stars are for the friendly staff and clean environment. But unfortunately the lash lift and tint I got gets 1 star. It was the first time I had ever done anything with my lashes and unfortunately they didn’t turn out. The tint held good, but I had to go back a second time for another attempt at the lift. The tech I had tried to convince that they looked more curled after the second time, but by the next day, they fell again. It’s sad because this place looks like it has the potential, but I was disappointed.

Do not come here, I'm not sure if the girl who did my lash lift was new or what. The first time she did my lash lift they were not curled properly, she had me come in to redo them, and that damaged them so severely that my eyelashes are bent to this day and it's been over a year since this happened. I can't even curl them properly from how messed up they are.
