Friendly, detailed, reasonable prices.
Luna is fantastic! Unfortunately the owner’s policy on cancellation has no consideration for circumstances. They have cancelled twice because Luna was sick once and a car accident the next time. This was not a problem so we rescheduled. BUT when I came down with the flu they want to charge 100% of the scheduled service! Did they really want someone in there with the flu spreading germs to employees and other clients? When I brought this up to the owner she said they would not see me anymore. Luna does a fantastic and thorough job. I love my lashes and highly recommend Shea.
The two stars are for the friendly staff and clean environment. But unfortunately the lash lift and tint I got gets 1 star. It was the first time I had ever done anything with my lashes and unfortunately they didn’t turn out. The tint held good, but I had to go back a second time for another attempt at the lift. The tech I had tried to convince that they looked more curled after the second time, but by the next day, they fell again. It’s sad because this place looks like it has the potential, but I was disappointed.
LOVE Shea! My go-to Glamorous eyelash extensions and effective facials! Shout out to Luna and Candace! You are awesome!
