I have been a patient at this facility for over 35 years. During the pandemic appointments were cancelled ( I thought) and I missed a appointment but rescheduled it. They charged a $50.00 fee even though I rescheduled this appointment that day! I am a RN and people have to cancelled, miss appointments and cancel every day. I never missed a appointment before and was not aware of this charge.
