I had one treatment in the WIlmette office and was happy with the results overall although it was painful and very expensive, however for my second treatment (January 2019) which was set on a Tuesday I had made all my hotel reservations and travel arrangements. Friday night I get a call from Dan saying the Dr. had an emergency and would not be there Tuesday. Irina (the owner herself) just called me and was extremely apologetic about the situation. They are bending over backwards to get me in on Weds. so my arrangements will ... read more
