I had such an amazing experience at Shaz Unique Studio! I came in for a balayage and I absolutely love how my hair turned out. My stylist really took the time to listen to what I wanted, and the results came out even better than I expected. My hair looks beautiful and still feels so soft and healthy. Even my husband loved my new hair! I was so happy with the results that I already booked my next appointment. Definitely recommend!
I specifically asked for an ombré and was given full highlights from roots to ends instead. I had never had an ombré before, so I asked multiple times during the appointment if this was the correct technique. I was told to “trust the artist.” The result was nowhere near what I requested — it was significantly brighter than I asked for and basically turned my entire head bright blonde. Wow!!! It took me a year to find my place! This salon is amazing--- service, atmosphere with a personal touch. Each experience is unique! You are the priority, they listen and want you to be happy!
I made an appointment at Salon, but they called to cancel because the hairstylist was sick. They then rescheduled me for one hour later that same day. Shortly after, they called again and asked if I could come in 30 minutes earlier instead. During my appointment, the hairstylist, Jasmine, severely damaged my hair while coloring it. Since then, my hair has been breaking from the middle of the strands, not just at the ends. The damage is extensive and has left my hair extremely fragile.
