I just had my second haircut with Shaz and I will keep coming back. I used to leave haircuts with regret but not here. Shaz asks ALL the questions before getting started and checks in at every step of the way to make sure she is on track. She makes sure she knows her number 1 priority is getting it right for you. She is so kind and does amazing work with my long hair.

I’m really disappointed with my experience. I booked an appointment online for a haircut and highlights, arrived about 15 minutes late, and the salon was completely closed. I waited another 15 minutes just in case someone was running behind, but no one ever showed up. What’s most frustrating is that I never received any kind of cancellation notice, call, or message.
