I had a horrible experience at a kids salon and I had to leave. We drove around and called up so many places to do my 5 year olds trim for her graduation. I finally sound Shay’s place and they told me to come in. Alexandra did a wash cut and blow dry for my daughter. She was super gentle, respectful and professional. I went to my appointment today, June 8, 2025, at 1pm. I'm really unhappy since they charged $420.00 for my hair highlights and cut, but result you can see in my picture which is zero. They also gave me a really great vibe about what happened, but they didn't tell me to come back the following time, so they tried to do it the same way they did, but it didn't work out.
