Richard Shay did a magnificent job painting my wooden fence. I am attaching a picture. I highly recommend him. He is reliable and does great work.
Ripoff. Do not trust this guy. I hired Shay's a while back, and made the mistake of paying $1,000 up front. The guy showed up once, then didn't show up again. I sued and won, but didn't collect in time.
