Richard Shay did a magnificent job painting my wooden fence. I am attaching a picture. I highly recommend him. He is reliable and does great work.
Ripoff. Do not trust this guy. I hired Shay's a while back, and made the mistake of paying $1,000 up front. The guy showed up once, then didn't show up again. I sued and won, but didn't collect in time.
Richard repainted a sign for us that had been badly damaged from the elements .He did an excellent job of bringing it back better than when it was new. We would recommend him for any of your painting needs. LLOYD'S Automotive and Transmission Specialists
