I recently purchased a new Frigidaire Electric Range and OTR Microwave. When the installers left, they left the oven on "Bake" and told me after 15 more minutes to turn the oven on "Broil" for 15 minutes also to remove the new oven smell. A minute later I smelt something burning. I found 2 pieces of packing styrofoam that were not removed along the outside of the drawer tracks. One of those had started to melt. What a mess! I bought a refrigerator and a year later the freezer quit working. I called them out and they charged me $80.00 and told me it was out of warranty. I think a refrigerator should last longer than a year and you should stand behind the products you sell.
