Shayne's professionalism is exemplary. He came for a water heater issue, after investigation he thoroughly explained the problem and detailed the next steps to fix it in a transparent way. Furthermore he noticed a serious roof leak and was able to pinpoint the issue and offer a prompt tactical solution to alleviate issue, this is going going above and beyond! Definitely recommended!
I should have called shayne months ago to fix the toilet in our ensuite, it’s so nice and quiet without the constant water running. Never again!!
