She was horribly rude to a wonderful family of mine. They had the nerve to ask her to air dry their dog, which is how this breed is groomed. She told them if they felt the need to tell her how to do her job, they should go to Petco. It's never OK to be rude to customers like that. She lost a great customer and gained negative reviews.

We love NATASHA!
We have a schnauzer/yorkie mix and he was in need of a trim, bath and nail cut when we first rescued him. Natasha is super easy to make an appointment and she handles our dog with care and love.
The place is hilarious - when she is working she is very focused and you know your dog is in the best hands when you take them here.
Natasha has been so cool, we will be coming here for as long as we can.
