Doctor Shane Kelly was amazing!!! Had a knee surgery from a work injury and he made my knee 10x better than it was before the injury. Staff is super nice. His nurse always has a smile and is in a great attitude same with the front desk girls. 10/10 would recommend!!!
First of all, at 77 yrs., I have developed (just my opinion) a certain distrust, for our medical system. Having said that, and having just come from a visit to Dr. Kelly, he has totally earned my respect! He was prompt, pleasant and congenial and thorough. He listened and was genuinely concerned about my condition and my pain. A procedure, on my knee, was performed promptly and very professionally and successfully. I would highly recommend him!!
The staff is always friendly, professional, and easy to talk with. I was asked good questions by the triage nurse, the x-ray folks were very kind and facilitating about the vertigo I have when getting up and down from tables, and Dr. Kelly was informed, able to share information about my knee, and he went over my x-rays with me in great detail. I trust TCO with the care I need when I fall. Dr. Kelly even showed me exercises I could do to become stronger and more stable. TCO's staff and facilities are the best.
This is such a great company in general… We have gone to several providers over the years for different situations, professional, friendly, capable, just Awesome. From Kelsie, the head, PT, Dr. Perry, Dr Stevens, Dr. Hansenand now Dr. kelly, top shelf providers. Nothing but the best.
After x-rays, the dr was very thorough in his exam and diagnosis. Suggested trying physical therapy for 2 months, and seeing 👀 him again. I was satisfied with a first visit. Hope the pt works!
