First of all, at 77 yrs., I have developed (just my opinion) a certain distrust, for our medical system. Having said that, and having just come from a visit to Dr. Kelly, he has totally earned my respect! He was prompt, pleasant and congenial and thorough. He listened and was genuinely concerned about my condition and my pain. A procedure, on my knee, was performed promptly and very professionally and successfully. I would highly recommend him!!
The staff is always friendly, professional, and easy to talk with. I was asked good questions by the triage nurse, the x-ray folks were very kind and facilitating about the vertigo I have when getting up and down from tables, and Dr. Kelly was informed, able to share information about my knee, and he went over my x-rays with me in great detail. I trust TCO with the care I need when I fall. Dr. Kelly even showed me exercises I could do to become stronger and more stable. TCO's staff and facilities are the best.
Knee repair after years of discomfort. Surgery was as expected, recovery followed his direction. My only change would have been PT at intervals less than 2x per week- perhaps once a week followed by bi-weekly. I can do the exercises on my own. Then have PT that stretches out in the recovery phase. Dr Kelly is courteous, direct and knowledgeable. His staff keeps things moving.
The facility is attactive and professional. Care was prompt. Dr. Kelly listened and explained options well. I was very happy with the care and attention I received. O won't hesitate to return and would highly recommend him.
Dr.Kelly was kind, knowledgeable, and made sure we were immediately seen and cared for when we needed surgery. He addressed our questions and prepared us for the procedure and recovery. He understood our concerns and solved our problem from a Household repair gone awry. Thank you!
