I would not recommend this doctor if you're looking for open communication or the ability to ask questions. When I expressed concerns about certain ingredients and declined vaccines, she responded with hostility. It felt like she prioritized a paycheck over patient care or parental input. I was shocked by how poorly we were treated—snapped at, spoken to rudely, and made to feel like an outsider. What should’ve been a joyful experience welcoming our newborn became incredibly stressful. We LOVE Dr. Wood! She is thorough with all the exams and she truly listens to my concerns. I trust her with every one of my kids.
Super fun and thorough Dr. She loves her job and you can tell! She's good at what she does to say the least! Very nice doctors office!
Terrible for younger patients. When scheduling, they had never told me were about the office was other then it was in Cox hospital. So I walked around 20 minutes just to be in the wrong spot. Upon check in I had to wait 5 minutes for the lady to get off the phone, while the lady next to her proceeded to take someone else besides me.
