For the money, a two-bedroom, two full bath with washer/dryer hookups in unit with a dishwasher is almost unheard of. That being said, everything was outdated, including the AC unit that was from the 90s, a fridge that needed to be replaced the first week, and paper-thin walls. I could hear my basement neighbors from the third floor. In the three years I lived here, I never once had an inspection or had my landlords check on us.
