Shayden and Sadie are both amazing therapists. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an individual or couples therapist. They both do a great job diving into the root cause and working through things.

As my marriage seems to have come to a crossroads and I’m unsure of where it is headed…Shayden and the podcasts have been an answer to probably THE most genuine prayer I have ever said. Although we can’t get in til next month to meet with Shayden as a couple, I feel that personally I have been in therapy with Shayden daily since I found the group. Shayden has helped me with performance coaching and helping my employees as well that have changed our lives. I feel like I can manage my stress and anxiety so much better than previously. On top of that, I’m able to help my employees and he has taught me how to teach others the basics of dealing with emotions. I highly recommend him to anyone! Totally worth it.
