I would steer clear of this office. It’s nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone, and the main thing you need from an insurance agent is for them to be reachable. Leaving a voicemail is useless, so I usually have to call 3 to 5 times throughout the day just to get someone to pick up. When I brought this up over the phone to Shay, he blamed it on his old receptionist. Terrible service. They will never return calls. I had a negative experience years ago and met with the agent. Hoped service would improve. Nope. I would encourage everyone to look elsewhere for insurance coverage. I will be happily moving to another agent asap.
Horrible service. I am canceling my policies. No one answers the phone and they never call back.
We have found it impossible to work with Shay. He never returns phone calls. Staff is rude. After years of putting up with their inability to help we moved our cars to a different insurance, but left out e home insurance with State Farm. Huge mistake. Our home was damaged in a massive hail storm in August 2024, and while we watched every one of our neighbors get a new roof due to the damage, we were told that although our roof sustained damage, the offered restitution was $0.
