We have found it impossible to work with Shay. He never returns phone calls. Staff is rude. After years of putting up with their inability to help we moved our cars to a different insurance, but left out e home insurance with State Farm. Huge mistake. Our home was damaged in a massive hail storm in August 2024, and while we watched every one of our neighbors get a new roof due to the damage, we were told that although our roof sustained damage, the offered restitution was $0. I've been with State Farm for so long, I don't remember when I started with them. Easily up to 4 decades! But lately . . . The office almost NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! So you leave a message, THEY NEVER CALL BACK!!! "As soon as possible" NEVER HAPPENS! There was a severe hail storm Aug. '24 damaging my roof. I have been with State Farm for 25 years. The last 13 years, Shay Conder has been my agent. I never had a single claim on my auto, home, or business insurance in those 25 years. Until last year. In August 2024, there was a freak hailstorm located in Orem, UT. It was a 100 year storm and caused massive destruction. We filed a claim on our roof.
