Had a little bit of confusion when booking, but provided excellent customer service to help make up with the confusion
Great service! We bought a new Heat Pump from SHAX based on our existing good experience with them. Sajad not only installed it himself, but also worked with the building management and Water Pressure vendor to ensure that the Installation was great . And made sure to not ask for any payment till the Heat Pump was working fine. Working beautifully
We’ve had our fan/ AC broken for over a month in hot heat mainly because I was nervous which HVAC company to go with. (Ive heard some horror stories) After being in a hot house for far too long I finally pulled the trigger and called Shax from a recommendation from someone else in my condo.
