Dr Shawn rocks! He has taken care of my pets for 13yrs and I would never go anywhere else! The staff is fabulous, They clearly care and always make you feel that you and your pet are important.
I love this animal hospital and drive all the way from Methuen for the service and excellent doctors. My two dogs generally see Dr Caruso, who we love, but all the vets are great. Each team member is knowledgeable, kind and very compassionate towards their patients. I have had four pets treated at Shawsheen and have had pleasant experiences with all. I just have no words to describe the kindness, care and professionalism that Shawsheen Animal Hospital gave to my cat Cody. He has been sick for a while and was treated by Dr. Fagan who took the time to listen to my concerns and came up with a game plan that would work for us to help him feel better. Absolutely love this place! I adopted my dog when I was at school in ME and had to find a vet at home for the summer. My cousin recommended Shawsheen Animal Hospital and I was right to take her advice! They made the whole process easy and painless and took great care of my pup when she had to get blood drawn. Even though she was a little scared they used a reward based system to gain her trust and put her at ease. I booked online so my first exam was free which I was pleased to find out! So happy with my experience!
