DO NOT BUY FROM SHAWS – I purchased a ring ONE year ago. At the time of the purchase I bought their corporate insurance (waste of money). The ring recently bent and I took it into Shaw's for repair. They returned my ring looking VERY differently than I purchased in from them. Now going on 7 weeks of trying to get my ring back to its original state. This place is horrible I would not recommend it to anyone. I bought my class ring from this place and after having it for awhile I took it there for them to clean it, the associate just made it worse. She said they would fix it and then gave me a promise date of one month away. I went to pick it up three days after the promise date and they did not have it.
