Poor Service and Product. STAY AWAY! Shaw??s Jewelers not only offers and sells jewelry of poor quality, their sales associates clearly lack moral character. Shopping with Shaw??s has been nothing but a nightmare. A few years ago, my now fianc purchased a ring for me from Shaw??s. He is a carpenter for a living, and didn??t think he would need to change out of his work clothes just to go to the jewelry store. Freindly service My wife started by going to this store few years back . She is glad with their selection and friendly staff, There is always some good sale in the store. The staff is very nice and will show you lots of designs without any pressure . Copared to other jewelers there prices are about 20 % less. You can get minor jewelery repair at the store

Great Customer Service and Large Selection I have had both jewelry repaired here and I have purchased jewelry here. They staff is very professional and knowledgeable. They are not too pushy or aggressive. The store is set up beautifully and their jewelry is very high quality. Their prices are good and they have a huge selection.

Good service and Variety This staff here is very friendly, though they can sometimes be pushy and aggressive in sales. The store does great repair and sizing work. They have a good selection of high quality jewelry and the staff is knowledgeable. Their prices for both jewelry and repair are a little bit more than other jewelry stores.
