We have been using Shaws for years to service our HVAC The technicians continue to provide fast , efficient and excellent work Today was no exception. Carson Adams provided our semi annual service. We have a fairly complex system. He worked through the different units keeping us informed of the progress and any issues he found He was an excellent communicator
Spent weeks calling all of the HVAC maintenance companies in the area. Every single company took all my info, said "we'll call to schedule" and ghosted. Shaw's was the only company on the Eastern Shore that actually scheduled a visit when I called to request service. 5 stars for that alone. They haven't even showed up to my house yet.
Our fan blower motor died on us during the snowstorm. Our outside unit frosted up. Carson from Shaws came out to diagnose the problem for us and took numerous phone calls from us, even after hours, to talk us through the process. Our issue was that our system is really old and we were trying to figure out if it was time to replace it. He told us that the fix would get us going again and didn’t try to upsell a new system. Our boiler pump stopped working on New Years Eve 2024. We called for emergency service. John M. responded quickly and found the problem. He located a new pump and installed it. He made sure that it was operating properly before he left.
