Our annual Fall pre-season inspection was very thorough. Our technician Chris was professional, prompt and courteous. It's reassuring to head into the colder months and not worry about our HVAC system.
Buyer beware. David Shaw improperly sized my AC system and refused to fix it. As a result, I have humidity levels that are dangerous for mold and I now have to pay thousands of dollars to get a new system put in that is correctly sized. His manager repeatedly lied and said there was no problem, even after they had another expert come out and look at the system. Update based on Shaw’s response. The two plumbers that you sent over to our house were polite, knowledgable and professional. They identified the leak quickly and the water was turned back on to the house. Thanks for great service.
