Great service, Great price!!!!! He fit us into his schedule within a few hours. We will definitely be using Mr. Shaw for any appliance issues moving forward.
They came highly recommended from Mason folks, but I couldn’t be more disappointed. They came out looked at it said they had to order a part. For 2 weeks we did not hear back from them. My wife called and the guy said he had the part but it was more than he wanted to get into. I understand not feeling comfortable doing a job but no follow up for 2 weeks. I’m not sure if he ever would have followed up. I would never use them again and warn everyone to beware of his follow through!
No details. He won't come look at my refrigerator because someone else has. He's not worth your time on the phone! Please save yourself from having to deal with this guy. No wonder his rating is so low!
It seems that honest and trustworthy are hard traits to come by nowadays. Most businesses are always trying to sell you something to update/upgrade ya to the latest and greatest. Greg is a straight shooter, some people might not like that but I appreciate it. Called for service, he didn't think he could get me in until the next but called later to say he could get me in that day.
