Nothing worse than your clothes dryer going on the blink on Friday morning fully loaded with wet clothing. I called Shaw’s and left a message. Within a half hourCurtis called to schedule a service call for this morning, April 16, 2018, at 11. Ethan, the technician, called about 10:15 to say he was going to be early!!! He arrived at 10:30. He found the problem with my dryer really quick! Replaced the thermal switch! He even cleaned up all the lint in the back of the dryer! He was finished with the job before 11!! Our dishwasher is back up and running!! Ethan was our technician and did a great job. He was friendly, professional and knowledgable. And not only on time but early with a call ahead. Very pleased with Shaw's!!
While renting a place in Oregon, I ran into some washer and dryer problems (I had to move out of state for a bit). I called Shaw's Appliance Repair just out of habit. Even though I was out of state? The suggestions I was given over the telephone repaired the problem. Think about that: I was out of state and called Shaw's out of habit. They fixed the problem over the phone - out of state. I can't think of a better recommendation.
