Shaw’s was just great. Strong timely communications, on time and the serviceman, Bill, was through and showed pictures of the problem and the replaced blower motor after installation. A real quality business.
Shaw's is unethical and price gouges customers preying on those that are too lazy or gullible to get additional quotes or research actual cost of repairs. As a retired and 100% disabled combat United States Marine on a fixed income I would absolutely NOT recommend Shaw's to anyone. Shaw's quote was $7,979 just for labor to replace condenser coil. This quote was directly from the OWNER of the company. Two additional HVAC technicians inspected the leak and I was quoted $1797 from Sam's and $1950 from Kennie's for the exact sam... read more
Great experience, got my issue fixed quickly.
Bill M. arrived yesterday for a deep clean on my 17+ year old HVAC system on my roof. The blower wheel and evaporator coil were encrusted with dirt and grime. I am a retired 72 year old woman and do not have the expertise for this job. Before and after images were provided and the difference was night and day! He not only did an excellent job with the cleaning but he was polite and professional!
Shaw's Home Comfort has the best plumbers ! Erik was here for hours and never quit with a problem that was so frustrating I was giving up just watching him but he fixed the plumbing and our kitchen faucet plus a disposal!!! Thank You Erik he is amazing.... Yes Erik was here again and did truly professional job reseating the toilet and jetting out the sewer line!! Thank You Shaw's Home Comfort for your professional knowledgeable technicians....
