Called on a Sunday and had someone at my house within a few hours. Was very helpful and answered our questions. Helped fix an issue that was created by a different job. Dealing with so much and having someone answer instead of a machine and getting help the same day just amazing.
It has been hard to find a place that has great customer service, reasonable prices and honest people but I think I found it with Shaw’s! We have called several companies that wanted to charge outrageous prices to just find out what the problem was. Shaw’s was way below the other companies.
