Buildings are old but very solid. Apartments are small, suitable for a maximum of two people (even the two-bedroom standard). Heat and hot water are excellent and very reliable. Convenient parking lots. Maintenance services are good if not exemplary. Grounds well maintained. Kitchen appliances are the cheapest money can buy. Biggest drawback: Lack of cleanliness.
