Dr Kraft is attentive professional and treats you like an adult. One of the most upbeat and detailed doctors I have ever had the pleasure to meet and receive care from.
I have had too many medical problems from cancer to stroke to having my son at age 29 die of cancer. Meeting doctor Kraft has been a breath of fresh air, after dealing with more physicians than I can count BED SIDE MANNER continues to be very important to me. She is well versed on bedside manner and can probably teach a bedside manner to the doctors I have interacted with during the time when I was at my weakest, I would recommend her to anyone who is not only sick but needs a sympathetic ear.
I have been a patient of Dr.Kraft for a couple of years and I love her she is easy to talk to. Her nurse is nice and caring. I like coming because when I am there they threat me like I am the only patient they have. I pray that Dr.Kraft never leaves.
Dr. Kraft is the best Dr. I have had the pleasure to be seen by. She listens to your problem,helps you through your ordeal with kindness and professionalism. I do not ever want to be seen by another Dr.. My whole family loves her. She really cares about you and not the bottom line.
We needed a new doctor and found Dr. Hall-Kraft. She is wonderful! Dr. Kraft is very knowledgeable and spends so much time with her patients. We definitely refer our friends to Dr. Kraft!
Shawnte Hall Kraft has excellent bedside manner, is sincere, and makes you feel valued as a human being. She does NOT dictate in front of you and spends time with each patient.
Dr. Hall Kraft is very attentive and will take the time to actually listen to you which is extremely rare in the medical industry. Only disappointment was not receiving a call from her staff regarding blood work results as promised.
My whole family loves Dr. Kraft, she is the sweetest doctor that I've ever had. She is so knowledgeable on every question, and if she doesn't know she will find out for you. She always returns your calls, if not personally her nurse will return your call, (always). She has what I look for in a Doctor integrity.
