I really appreciate Dr. Farmer and the clinic for quick responses and making sure I am always taken care of promptly. Dr. Farmer is really kind and I feel like both our in person and telehealth appts. Always make me feel fully accommodated. 😌 feeling seen and heard is always important and I feel that from Dr. Farmer

I found Shawnte’ through my therapist. I always have great appointments with her. I don’t ever spend a lot of time waiting around for her to see me. I feel like she really listens to me and my issues. She has a great personality that works well with her profession. I also am always very honest with her and don’t feel judged at all.

Dr. Farmer is great to work with on all accounts. She is efficient, helpful, impactful, and most importantly when lever I call their office they are quick and look for ways to say yes. I wish every business I worked with operated like Dr. Farmer and her team.

2+ months of NO communication from their office (while on psych meds and needing refills) I was a patient for over a year. My pharmacist made 3+ medication refill requests & attenpts to call the office. (no answer from shawnte to the pharmacy either! ). One med can cause serious side effects if abruptly discontinued. I was told by shawnte first appointment after being discharged from springwoods: "It reflects badly on ME that you checked yourself into the hospital...it when one of my patients goes into the hospital.
