Two things that should tell you she is not someone you want to work with: - She told me she’s never had an issue with insurance regarding Auvelity and gave me a few weeks of Auvelity samples and submitted a prior authorization with it. First time, it was approved, but second time it was denied. Truly the best part of my medical team. She listens and has been with me through trauma, crisis , pregnancy, helping my children, and more. I can’t recommend enough.

I really appreciate Dr. Farmer and the clinic for quick responses and making sure I am always taken care of promptly. Dr. Farmer is really kind and I feel like both our in person and telehealth appts. Always make me feel fully accommodated. 😌 feeling seen and heard is always important and I feel that from Dr. Farmer

I found Shawnte’ through my therapist. I always have great appointments with her. I don’t ever spend a lot of time waiting around for her to see me. I feel like she really listens to me and my issues. She has a great personality that works well with her profession. I also am always very honest with her and don’t feel judged at all.
