Husband and I moved from Texas and didn't think we would find a great BBQ place. Well I think we have found it. Great food and Great service.
Great food, but do you really have to charge the maximum tax of 11.3%?! Looks like we will be taking the trip to Fredericksburg to eat. Thanks from a Spotsy resident.

Donna we have no control over the tax rate! The state is 5.3% and the town meals tax is 6%= a total of 11.3%. We have to abide by the state and town sales tax regulations !
Just had the "sampler" for dinner. Got 2 for a family of 6 (even though it said it feeds 2) 1) we have leftovers 2) it was the BEST bbq everything on the sampler & we didn't even add extra sauce to any of it! The mac n cheese 2nd to only my sisters ;-) the potato salad puts red hot & blues to shame! The coleslaw is the BEST I've ever ate. Shauns smokehouse has a lifetime customer!!! By chance do you do smoked turkey legs??? :-)
Best BBQ around. Mac and cheese and beans delicious!
