Rented a beautiful house from Shawn's. The experience was excellent. Any issues were addressed promptly. Would rent from them again.

Terrible place to rent from. I can see in some situations it's alright. Shawn was always great to deal with. The staff on the other hand. Especially one reception in particular was horrible to deal with. Boarder line harassment. Along with their maintenance man. We also rented from them for 5 years. I suggest you find someone easier to deal with. Unless your dealing with Shawn directly

We rent an apartment from Shawn’s Property and initially had no major complaints. However, the frequent cockroach treatments have become a serious inconvenience. In just one month, they scheduled the treatments four times, with three of them happening back-to-back in two weeks. Each treatment required us to completely empty our kitchen cabinets, which is both time-consuming and disruptive.
