We rent an apartment from Shawn’s Property and initially had no major complaints. However, the frequent cockroach treatments have become a serious inconvenience. In just one month, they scheduled the treatments four times, with three of them happening back-to-back in two weeks. Each treatment required us to completely empty our kitchen cabinets, which is both time-consuming and disruptive. They issued an incorrect and incomplete move-out inspection report, that will now cost me close to 2k. the tenant had a pet that peed constantly on the laminate floor, the whole basement and stairs stinks of dog pee and 3 rooms are now inhabitable until fixed. This property manager conveniently left this out of the move out inspection report they sent to the sellers.
