When Shawn's staff sold my wife a screw for our pool light, it was too short and could not be used. The package was never opened. My wife returned it to the store and was told by Shawn himself that she could have a credit. This did us absolutely no good whatsoever as we were returning to Canada, having sold our house. Do not shop at Shawns Pool Shop. They will sell you pool equipment then when it does not work they will refuse to return or exchange saying it is used. How would I know the equipment does not work unless I use it first? Lots of pool shops in AZ so do yourself a favor and choose a different pool shop, I know I will!
