Dr Frisco is an amazing PCP. She takes my needs in to consideration and also takes the time to make sure that i understand next steps after my appointment.
Did not appreciate being called a liar about my refill of medications, because “the stories are not adding up.” I’ve been hospitalized multiple times and she could clearly read everything through MyChart. I’ve told her to write it down in the notes for my hepatologist to read. Mind you, I would understand (to an extent) if I were haggling Dr. Frisco for narcotics, but I am not! Listen to the reviews about being accused of lying. I am glad I found a new PCP with Bon Secours immediately after our TeleHealth was done.
Dr. Frisco is rude and lacks empathy! She stares at her computer because she is never prepared. You have to tell her about test results. Her office messes up so many things and then tries to blame others. I will never step foot in this practice again.
