RecommendedOutstanding patient care. I went into Shawnee Optical this week with my elderly aunt. I was blown away by the care we received. safety due to Coronavirus is top notch. The women at this location take it very serious. From taking temperatures, Coronavirus questions, staff flying around cleaning (I mean deep cleaning). The same girl I believe her name is Lisa did everything from took out temperatures, asked us the Coronavirus questions, cleaned the office, helped her pick out glasses not to mention continued to help the doctor... read more
I love my glasses bet the eye doctor assistant only gave me 5 letters and that's it for the eye glasses.
The medical assistant played out her rudeness concerning their refusal to bill my second insurance for a high copay because of their decision that my medical insurance was needed to be used instead of my vision insurance. This was done in front of the whole office including patients.
i went there today for the first time and everyone was pleasant, welcoming, and the facility itself is very clean. everyone was helpful and they treated me like i had been a patient for some time. i would recommend them to anyone! very nice experience.
