This office is the worst. The front office staff was always rude to the point that I actually filed a complaint with the hospitals hotline and the manager over the office spoke to me in person. The dr we had was nice and we had no issues with her. But trying to ever get appointments when our kids were sick or needed seen out of their yearlys or baby check ups was a complete joke. STAY FAR AWAY! I have been attending this office since inception when my primary care physician moved to this location. The front office staff is great. Losing a Doctor is never easy, but Advent made this extremely difficult and attempted to make money off of me during this. To refil prescriptions that my long-time physician had prescribed (just a refil), they refused and suggested I see a specialist. No Doctor there has ever been helpful to me outside of my old primary. I've been a patient here for a few years and have had a handful of issues with this practice. As with most large healthcare organizations, care seems rushed at times. I'm giving them 1 star, as most recently I wasn't able to make my annual physical as I travel, etc. I worked with the care advocate to reschedule for a time I would be able to come in and there wasn't availability for my availabile times. I take a non-narcotic maintenance med daily and have asked the office to refill it until I can come in. Instead of refilling... read more
