Terrible. When checking in they hounded me about a $10 bill. I said I will pay it online because I don’t have my credit card but she asked me 3 more times. Also I remember the last time I had a visit they cancelled my appointment because I was 5 mins late.
I wouldn't go here even if I was dying. I loved the doctor at first, but she became rude over time and refused to prescribe medication that she had previously prescribed without issue and it worked. Then she disappeared and all of a sudden had no availability even though I had an urgent issue. I made an appointment with any provider. The nurse left my door to my exam room wide open while I was having a pap smear exam. This medical group does not care about patients rights or dignity. Even though I have a history of sexual assault a man was sent in to do my exam and when I said I was uncomfortable due to my history I was told he was the only option and if I did t let HIM be the one they would end the appointment. I find it really disturbing that if I don't want a man looking at me, and schedule my appointments that way he will be forced on me anyway.
I loved my family’s primary care physician. When she went on maternity leave and chose not to return to work, all I got was a letter that she wasn’t returning and I was on my own to find someone new, rather than having a solution recommended, like a backfill or having other staff absorb Emily’s patients and history. It has been impossible to communicate through the portal because you have to have a doctor assigned to send a message. I used to love this place and now I can’t wait to find a new home.
