This is the worst excuse for a physician group I've ever experienced. Rushed appointments with the MD, ineffective and sloppy follow-ups with a Physician Assistant, incorrect orders and referrals, and a totally inept office staff incapable of sorting out the mess made by the Physician Assistant. The level of ineptitude demonstrated throughout the entire ragnge of employees (and remember, the MDs are Advent Health employees first and foremost) is staggering. I was met with unprofessionalism and incompetence every step of the way. Worse yet, they blamed me for their mistakes, and tried to solve their issues by asking me to return a 4th time after repeatedly botching things every time I was there. By far the worst experience I've ever had with a medical practice!
I saw a nurse practitioner, for my yearly exam. She was visibly annoyed that I had a list of questions about my health. Maybe I caught her on a bad day, but felt very much like I was being rushed.
