The receptionist is unprofessional, doesn’t listen, is condescending and rude. Most people at pain clinics don’t want to be here and are in pain. Not listening and not addressing my questions is not good. Terrible customer service. The only other time I was here it was a similar experience. By the time I reached the procedure room, the Dr knew we “had words.” I saw her make a comment to the nurse as I walked off so it traveled fast. I’ll likely go to another facility if I can. There are not enough words to express how appreciative we are to this facility.! Everyone was so caring and professional. From the staff in the front office, to Kathy, to Summer, to April, to Dr. Trempy. This team worked so hard today to help relieve my pain. God bless you all!

I was told there was nothing they could do for me- I have pain. I complained, an investigation happened, and I was told my doctor requested something they don’t do; why would they see me on a referral for services they don’t provide? They didn’t. There was no service requested by my doctor, confirmed. So I asked that the complaint be elevated: “Thank you for sharing this with me, Storme.
