I love the staff here they are very welcoming and I am really feeling seen and heard by Dr Brinkley and her staff. I have been going through a lot of grief and Nurse Roxann told me about her story and what she did that helped her and I really appreciated what she was doing she was letting me into part of her life story in order to try and help me with mine and she didn’t have to but she did and her doing that has helped me just a little more and I really hope she know she is very appreciated the world needs more nurse like R... read more
I had an 11:30 appointment today. When I arrived, I was told my appointment had been rescheduled and that I “should have received a call or text.” I showed them my messages, and the only thing I received was a confirmation for my appointment this morning. They admitted it was their mistake and said they had gotten busy. I drove 25 minutes to Marion just to be told I now have to wait until April 30th to be seen.
