I had a dental emergency and called every day for 5 days trying to get in. Dr. Kimbrough was on vacation and no one else there could help me, since he is the one I had seen in the past. Receptionists and staff were rude and unhelpful on the phone and in person. I have 2 major dental insurance policies and have always paid any balance in full.
