Dr. Goddard is a knowledgeable and caring physician who takes the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. His Nurse Jackie is kind, efficient, and makes me feel very comfortable throughout my visits. They work incredibly well together as a team. They truly care for their patients and it shows.
Dr. Michael Goddard and his nurse Jackie are by far the very best. The ladies at the front desk have always been helpful to me. I was only able to give up to a 5 score. Well your staff has a 10 for me. Dr. Goddard always listens to me and includes me in his decisions on my care.
Cynthia gorea is the worst Dr for baby's if u have a emergency go somewhere else we're the will do there job and not get loud or make a scene then say ur not allowed back wen she never gave my baby her medicine she also has yelled at other clients I have heard it personally
I haven't been in yet to see a doctor. But the front desk people here have been, by far, the best I've spoken to the past few months. Everywhere else they tell me they've got an appointment date set, when they don't. That I'll have to wait MONTHS to see if they'll even accept me as a patient and plenty of other crap. Here I got an appointment in less than a week. And told me everything I needed to know without me asking. No where else could even tell me if there was a copay.
Dr. Martine seems to be a great doctor, but the receptionist was very rude. I called to get a refill on some nebulizer medication and this lady wanted to argue. She said it was something to do with insurance? What does that matter? My daughter has ASTHMA???
